Abstract
The Utah Legislative Survey provides a brief overview of selected enactments of the Forty-Fourth Regular Session of the Utah Legislature. The Survey summarizes the contents of significant enactments, analyzes those enactments in the context of prior law and assesses the impact of the changes. The following sections are intended to keep our readers abreast of recent legislation and to provide useful research material for dealing with the new enactments.
