Abstract
The Symposium is only a beginning. It would be impossible, to fully cover, in one journal, all the legal issues raised in the context of skiing, to shape policy for the future and to provide a model that would assist in the analysis of other industries. Nonetheless, the Symposium breaks significant ground. We hope it is a satisfactory beginning-a good start on what we consider a positive direction.
