Abstract
The Recent Developments in Utah Law section consists of brief expositions of selected noteworthy cases decided recently by the Utah Supreme Court and the Utah Court of Appeal, and selected statutes enacted by the 1993 Utah Legislature. Each Development is essentially self-contained.
